Love & Laughter – February 22, 2026

The Columbine Chorale presents a concert that celebrates many aspects of love from the humor of “Jenny Kiss’d Me” to the agapic love of “O Love.” The concert features songs by Rene Clausen, Morten Lauridson, Elaine Hagenberg, Irving Berlin, Duke Ellington, and many others. The Slavens Middle School Chorus, directed by Lizabeth Barnett, joins us in performing “It Had to Be You,” “You Made Me Love You,” and “Don’t Get Around Much Anymore.” Along with many jazz favorites, we will explore classic examples of Eros with songs like “O My Luve’s Like a Red, Red Rose” and “Dirait-on.” Join us in celebrating this very humanizing emotion we call love.
St. Paul’s Parking Tip. The parking lot on the opposite side of Grant Street offers $5 parking on evenings and weekends. A cell phone is required to complete the payment.
